Anaesthetic Training Programme SHO/Registrar Positions
Commencing 1st July 2014
Applications are invited from suitably qualified medical practitioners for the SEDDA Anaesthetic Training posts. Some previous anaesthetic experience is required.
The South East Dublin Department of Anaesthesia incorporates a group of hospitals based around St. Vincent's University Hospital and includes The National Maternity Hospital, St. Michael’s Hospital, St. Columcille’s Hospital, The Royal Victoria Eye & Ear Hospital, St. Luke’s Hospital and the National Rehabilitation Hospital.
Successful applicants will be rotated to approved training posts only subject to satisfactory performance, for a two year period.
Due to the recent enactment of the Medical Practioneers Act 2007, a restructuring of the national Anaesthetic Training scheme is taking place. For updates, contact College of Anaesthetists, Medical Council of Ireland and Dr. Alan McShane, Co-ordinator, SEDDA Scheme.
